make calendar public

How can I make the calendar public to all users in the company? I was
thinking creating a public folder and somehow replicating my calendar with
that public folder. We are running Office XP SP3 on exchange 5.5 SP4

thanks in advance, George

Don't know about syncing/replicating your calendar with the public one, but
you can certainly set up a public calendar folder for all staff - and/or
share your own.

I would like to use public folder and calendar but how can I make it a
resource so it can accept new meetings automatically and not let people book
the same time?

This is for our conference room and we are having problems with booking as
couple people can book it at the same time and then...

Thank you for your help, George

For conference rooms, better to use a resource mailbox. See

it is working great. how do I make it public now so everyone can see it?
