Make an autorun CD

Hello:

I need to make an autorun CD to start a local version of a WebSite. I mean,
I need the CD to run an HTML file (index.html)... I understand that the
"autorun.inf" file can only autoexecute an EXE file. Is there anyway that I
can include this HTML inside an EXE file for automatic execution ??

I will truly appreciate your help.
