MAKE A HORIZONTAL LINE IN A GRAPH

HI to ALL,
I have data. I make a graph with all my points. I want to
represent the upper and the lower tolerance of my target.
Is there an easy way to draw an unlimited horizontal line
into excel ? I want to position of the line to be link
wiht a value into a cell of my spreadsheet.
(it is not just to use the draw pen !).
