Major Delay

Hi all,

When I right click my mouse any where I get the short cut menue after a real
delay time. Also when I save as any file, and when I try to change the
default location I got a very long delay to browse the new location. This is
happening with all applications so it's not application oriented.

1. defrag
2. run a partition cleanup routine
Crap Cleaner
Reg Cleaner
etc
3. Optimize your registry.

I've done the defrag and the partition clean up before. Do you know any good
application for the registry optimization.?
