Maintaining Landscape page format in reports

Occasionally the report preview reverts to portrait mode. Is there any
way to prevent this from happening. I have all 4 margins set at 10 mm.

Duane Hookom

This is a typical symptom of not having the latest service packs installed
for Office. One quick fix might be to select Tools->Options and then un-check
all of the Name AutoCorrect boxes.
