Mailto / Attach... Button to do so?

Hi all - newbie here,

Im in need of some assistance. Im currently trying to create
document where when a user clicks a button it automatically add te
completed file into a new Outlook mail. It would be advantageous if i
could put in the email address and subject header too.

I can do this obvioulsy in HTML but would love to do this in VBA
