Hi

I am using Microsoft Outlook Express and my email programme. I am the
webmaster for Bob Geldof and look after his emails.

I am having difficulties with setting up a mailing list in OE6. What I am
trying to achieve is a blanket email to over 300 people, without them all
having all of the addresses of the recipients.

Not sure how to do this. I have all of the contacts in my address book, but
they are mingled in with 1000's of other addresses.

Can anyone help please, I need this facility fairly quickly.

Thanks

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

Check with your IP (Internet Provider) they may have rules or procedures
in place to prevent spamming and ask them about groups that they may allow
you to set up. Then look into BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) in the Outlook help
file.

You'd stand a far better change of getting this answered if you ask in a
newsgroup related to Outlook Express, such as
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general, but to prevent others from seeing
the addresses, use the bcc feature.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
