How can I create a mailing list of 200-400 individual
clients in Outlook XP without having to create an
individual address card for each, alternativly how can I
create a bulk new address book derived from an Excel XP
data sheet?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated
 
If you already have the data in Excel, you can use it as the data source for
a mail merge in Word, without ever needing to add it to Outlook.
