Mailing Lists in Outlook

I'd like to send a mail message to a large distribution
list in Outlook, but do it without the recipients seeing
all the other people on the "TO:" list (I want them to
think they're the only one getting the email). Is there
a way to do that?

That is called a mail merge and it cannot use distribution lists.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these

You can perform it easy with Send Personally:

http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/send_personally/

You can even write following in TO field:

List1; list2; -list3

And all recipients from list3 (and even present in list2 and list3) will
be excluded from mailing.
