mailing labels in alphbetical order

I am working in Microsoft Word 2003 and creating a very large list of labels.
I am using Avory 5160 labels. The list that I am working from is not
alphabetized. Is there a way to put the labels in alphabetical order when I
am finished?

You should be using mailmerge. Then it would be possible to sort the data
source. If you have already started by typing the labels, See "Convert

Amen! I changed from labels that we're already filled out to a mail merge
for my 200+ mailing list. The ONLY way to do it!
