MAiling label lists

How do I insert new names and addresses into an already-created label list in
alpha order? It won't let me tab into an empty space.
 
I guess this depends on which software/version you are using and *no one*
knows until you put it on your post.

BTW, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database software) and not
general computer "access". If you are using another software, suggest
re-posting (after re-phrasing your question) to the appropriate newsgroup.
