mailbox quota's

On our ESM we recently raised the mailbox quota for everyone. One of our end
users though, is still receiving the "mailbox full" message at the old quota.
We went from 150MB to 250MB, the end user is still maxing out at 150MB.
don't know why, need help resolving this ASAP.

Assuming that the warning message is definitely pointing to the old numbers,
I think you might want to ask this over in one of the Exchange newsgroups,
since Outlook has nothing to do with when the Server decides to send the
quota mail.

If it is showing the new numbers, but they are still getting errors, I'd
probably start with looking at the folder sizes shown in the properties of
the top level of the mailbox.
