How much RAM memory does you machine have? Many cheap machines
come with small amounts, such as 512 MB, even though Vista runs better
with 2 GB or more.
If you're trying to send an attachment, how big is it?
What if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them occasionally
cause problems in Windows Mail which Windows Mail can't recognize,
and therefore sometimes says they are due to being low on memory.
If the messages you are trying to send stay in your Outbox more than
just a short time, try to move these messages to the Drafts folder or
delete them. Let us know if any refuse to do either.
Right click on the error message and copy all of it to your next
message, in case there are important details you didn't mention.
