mail out blocked

There's a mail message in my Mailbox OUT which cannot be deleted or removed
in any way. This mesaage is blocking outgoing mail messages; receiving them
is not a problem. What can I do?

If any message can't be moved or deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:

Incidentally, that fix was also included in Vista's SP1, so if you haven't
installed that, you are way overdue.
