Mail not moving to fodler

I've created folders and rules as I have multiple email addresses.

But the mail is not being moved from the inbox to the specified folder
automatically on download.

I have checked that my rules are correct and they are.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem, Ellie. And I had my webmaster set up my boxes.

Set up the rule and then apply it manually to the messages in the inbox. If
that works then it should work for messages when they arrive.
