Mail not in INBOX

I set up an account for myself and separate account for my husband. When I
sent him a test e-mail, it doesn't show up in his inbox. When I sent an
e-mail even to myself, it doesn't show up in my inbox but it's there in my
sent
box. Where did it go and why isn't it in the inbox? HELP!!

Sounds like you have the outgoing half of your email setup correct,
so the email gets to your email provider, but not the incoming half,
so it can't come back.

You need to ask your email provider (who is probably also your
internet provider) for their instructions for setting up to use their
email servers. If they haven't written instructions for Windows
Mail yet, use their instructions for Outlook Express but under
Windows Mail instead. The instructions are probably somewhere
on their web site. Or, you could tell us who your email provider
is and see if anyone here knows where to find the instructions.

What if any error messages do you get when you try to send
and receive mail? Show the full messages.

What if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them
cause various problems in Windows Mail.

And you don't need to keep starting new threads to repeat the
problem over and over. It's only good for getting the same
answers over and over, and wasting our time.
