mail merge?

excel 2003
Is it possible to print the same excel project but chnage the name each time
without having to type it in everytime. In making cards it is called mail
merge but I am unsure what it is and how to do it in excel.
 
Excel does not have a mailmerge per se, but you can use excel as a data
source for word or similar
