Mail Merge

When I try to use office links and try to merge Access
with Word,word opens a new instance of current DB.I end up
with two open instances of DB.Does anyone have any ideas?

It is a known problem.

You can fix this reading the following:

I also have a nice solution that works well. You can try downloading my word
merge sample. It is desinged to work relaiblity, and also allows you to
merge just the "one" reocrd you are looking at in a form, and this is real
nice for template stuff.
