Mail Merge with Yes/No

I have input a field in my table that is a yes/no field, selecting which of
my customers are due for a test. I would like to be able to take the records
I have selected and merge them into a Publisher letter. How can I do this
without all of my records; only the ones I have selected as due.

I am also needing fields on my forms that are like a mini database where I
can input each time they have ordered(dates) on separate lines.

I am not one for giving advise, but you will have to do a query using the
yes/no field. I take it this is a checkbox. Build a query and type yes in the
criteria of the checkbox field. This will select all records that have the
checkbox checked. I hope someone with more experience comes to your aid.

Shari,

Katie is correct, you need to build a query to select the records you
wish to merge to word. I would suggest you check out Albert Kallal's
Super easy word merge. You can find it at

I use it and it works great. What I did is create a form who's record
source is the query to select the letter recipients. Place a button
on the form to call the word merge. Just post back if you have any
questions about using it. I'm not sure about the second part of your
questions. You need to post a little more information about what your
trying to do before anyone can help.

Thank you both for your replies. That is exactly what I needed.

As for the additional information...I am looking for a place that I can
enter dates for things such as Date Ordered, Date Completed, along with a few
more fields. I need to be able to have more than one entry area for these, to
record what a customer does each year.
