Mail Merge Using Access

I have two versions of Access on my computer 97 and 2000. When I use Merge
it with MS Word, it is trying to open my database using 97. I use Word 2000.
Is there a way I can tell it to use 2000. The 97 version will be taken off
my computer soon, but I need to use this feature now.

Hi Karen

When you use Merge it with Word surely the database is already open? I can't
wuite see why it should open it again. However, you may want to consider
starting with Word, going to Tools, Mail Merge and then just linking to the
relevant table or query in your Access file. HTH
