Mail merge problem

I am new to mail merge. I entered the data and saved it, then I went to the
main document and tried to open the data source but it wouldn't let me. It
said it couldn't be opened as a data source because it was a main document.
I am very frustrated! I just want to do a mass mailing. Please help!!
 
Hi Pat,

Try posting in a Winword newsgroup. this newsgroup is for Access, the
database product.
