mail merge next field

Communities site Issues***************

In general I am having trouble going back to the site and finding my
original question (answered).

When I get an email, notifying that my question has been answered the link
does not work. Nor does the link to continue receiving emails for that
question.

Also the contact link at the bottom of the communities webpage does not take
you to a place to contact, but to a search engine.
