Hi,
I hope someone can help me as I keep hitting roadblocks!

I want to take a database and merge the addresses into a mailing label that
will print on a 4x6 label with a Zebra LP2844 heat printer.

I think my main problem with this is setting up the label size and Paper
size. I can figure out the label (I think) but there is no option for the
paper size of 4x6 and I don't find where to add it.

Has anyone done this successfully?

Thank you much!

On the dialog for picking paper size, scroll down the list and click
"Cusotm", then enter the width and height. With Word 2007, you have to click
on "More paper sizes" to get to the dialog which allows the custom size.

I was unfamiliar with this printer, but the driver is available to download
and on checking the driver it appears that 4x6 is one of its standard paper
sizes. The answer to your problem would thefore be to setup the driver
properties to use 4x6 as standard then create a document with the page setup
at this size (forget the label wizard). You can then create a letter merge
into this document.

For the purposes of the exercise forget the resulting documents are labels.
Consider them as 'letters' and you should be OK.
