Mail merge in Publisher

When I try to create labels in publisher using my contacts from Outlook, I
keep getting an error message that says: Database engine failure, try again
later.
I do not understand what this means or how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated!
 
Have you tried the experts in the Publisher and/or Outlook newsgroups?
