Mail merge - e-mail with attachments.

Please help

1) How can I include attachment to a mail merged e-mail
using Outlook 2003. Every time is use the mail merge
wizard it sends my e-mail witho out the attahcmetns.
2) How Can I send personalized e-mail to individual form
a distributing list?
