I have set up mail groups but don't always want to send an email to everyone
in the group. How do I view and select specific recipients from a group?

Thank you

If you wish to select a group, then remove some of the recipients, it's not
easy to do in Windows Mail. You have to save the email as a draft, then
reopen it. Then you can see all of the contacts listed & remove those you
don't want to send to.

This is one feature that works better in the newer Windows Live Mail. In
it, you can expand the group in the email message, and remove the recipients
directly.
