Mail Formats

I am currently using Rich Text Format as my default email format, however
when I reply to an email that has been created with HTML formatting my
signature (which is rtf) has double line spacing and looses formatting. Any
ideas how I can set the format to rtf all the time no matter what format
email I am replying to?
 
Even if you could do that (and there's no built-in option), you don't want
to do that. Only Outlook recipients will be able to read RTF. Instead, fix
your signature. Use Shift+enter instead of Enter at the ends of lines to put
in line breaks instead of paragraph breaks, which HTML may render
differently from RTF>
