-These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:

(There then follows a long list of email addresses (about 40) in the form
of: )

(e-mail address removed); Failed; 5.7.0 (other or undefined security status)

Subject: INSTANT BOOKING DISPONIBILITA IMMEDIATA

ether you have tried to spam a load of fake addys (I don't think you are a
spammer...) or someone has faked your addy (very ezy to do) and has used it
to spam ppl (the most likely, I had this done to me a while back), it
*should* stop on its own and other than changing your addy there is no way
to stop it.

Some one who has your e-mail address in his address book has been hit by
the SoBig worm (or a relative) and it has broadcast itself to everyone
in the book, for these picking up *your* address to spoof as the one it
apparently comes from.

So some mail service's auto-detection robot has found the infection -
and bounced the mail back to that apparent sender - you. The services
really *ought* to know by now that the one thing certain about these
infected messages is that the apparent source is *not* the true one.
