Mail Clnt.exe-Unable to locate component

My .eml extension email messages will no longer open..The box says

unable to locate MCUtils.dll..Reinstalling the application may fix the
problem,,,

What program do/did you use to read e-mail? You may want to do as the
message says and uninstall/reinstall your e-mail program. It may have been
deleted or corrupted.
