mail cannot send

i used sbs2003 with isa 200. i configuraed sbs 2003 exchange server only for
internal; communication. i used an external pop3 mail server.
when i am usinfg windows2003 and isa04, i can wasily connect to the external
pop3 mail server by just putting the gateway ip as sbs win03 ipadress. but
now when i am using sbs 03 i canot connect external pop3 server from my
client machine through outlook. i canot also connect to the pop3 server
through telnet also. i configured my isa server allow every thing means every
protocols. i want to connect my client mahine to ecternal pop3 mail server
throughh outlook. please help me. helps are advanced appreciated
