Magic Packet Power Option

I don't think "magic packet option" is part of XP unless you're using
some obscure method of describing it. It sounds more like a 3rd party
app, but even then I'm not sure what Power Options would have to do with
packets except for wake on LAN, things like that, which you indicate you
do not have.
You could always just try it; just be sure you remember where you
made that setting.

Perhaps a more complete description would help?
