magic disk

i have magic disk, which was recommended to me by another microsoft team that
I am on, but everytime i shut down the pc with vista, when i power back on it
says i have to reinstall magic disk, this problem does not happen on my xp
pro sp2 system.
 
Microsoft team member cannot manage the magic disk???
That is NOT magic to me.
