Let's say I want to email a message to a bunch of people with the same body
of text and have a username and password line to where I would just type in
their individual username and password into.
In addition to Sue's suggestion, you could set up an e-mail message with all
information except the username, password, and e-mail addresses, and save it
to your hard drive as an Outlook Template file (.oft). You can bring up
this file anytime you need to send the message and just fill in the missing
information as needed.
