Macros to Create Search Form

I am trying to find a way to use combo boxes and macros to run a search using
a form...anyone have any ideas? Essentially, I want the user to be prompted
to select a date from the combo box, which, when selected, will lead them
directly to that field that they searched for. I don´t have much experience,
but I feel like I am right on top of a solution, but can´t find a way to get
there!

I'm not clear on a couple of your points ...

How does selecting a date "lead ... to that field"? Wouldn't they need to
first select the field to search, then search for the date value in the
field?

Maybe I'm assuming that your table structure is well normalized ... are you
(not) saying that the field name includes a date value?
