Macros Disabled

I get the message "The macros in this project are disabled" every time I
click the "New" button to create a new email in Outlook. I searched the
internet already and read that I could set the Macro security level to "Low"
to suppress the message, but even after setting it to "Low" under the
"Macro-Security" menu while in the main screen of Outlook I still get this
message. How can I suppress this message?

Look at Word's macro settings, not Outlook's
