macromedia flash into powerpoint presentation

I have a macromedia video that i need to get into a presentation. does
anyone know how to do this if it can be done at all?

Take a look at http://www.flashgeek.com/ where there are excellent tutorials
for doing just this.

Also, look at http://www.globfx.com/products/swfpoint/ which seems to be a
far simpler method (no learning curve whatever) - however, since I have just
discovered this tool, I am waiting for opinions of this from others (see my
post below).

I love the Swiff Point Player. Got it ~ a month ago, and it's GREAT. Note
that you need to go to Slide Show mode to see the entire swf
