Macromedia Flash files

Hi Mark
Try the following steps:
1. Launch PowerPoint.
2. Click View > Toolbars – Check if Control Toolbox is selected. (If not
select then click to select)
3. Click on the Hammer & Wrench Icon.
4. Scroll down until you see the option Shockwave Flash Object.
5. Click on it and then draw a square on the Slide
6. Place your cursor inside the square and right-click to select Properties.

7. Click on Custom Option in the Properties Windows.
8. Type the Path in the Movie URL under Property Pages Window. [Movie URL =
<path name>.swf]
9. Click Apply and then OK.
10. Run the presentation

P.S.: You should have Flash Software installed on the computer.
