Macrobutton-like option to have text span more than one line?

Hello.

I use Macrobuttons when creating templates for my company to follow. I have
a new template where many descriptions will span more than 1 line - so I am
receiving the error ("DisplayText cannot span more than 1 line!"). We really
like being able to SEE the description, then clicking anywhere in it (the
description) and being able to type the necessary information OVER the macro
(replacing it). (Hopefully I've described well enough to make sense...)

Is anyone aware of anything SIMILAR to a macrobutton (no-button) where the
display text CAN span more than one line?

EX (of current use): {MACROBUTTON NoMacro [Click to Insert Project Name]}

Thanks!

No, not unless you get into protected forms and text formfields, which can
span multiple lines. In a protected form, you tab to the next field and you
can have the default text be your explanation. There are drawbacks, though.

This is what Word calls an "online form." Check this in help. For more about
online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
