Is your quesion about Microsoft Access, the database program? If not, you
may have a better chance of a good answer if you re-post to a newsgroup
related to the product you are using.
Also, I don't know how many people would know what you mean by "10 week
rolling schedule" - I don't. So perhaps some more detail of your
requirements, with examples, would help.
