What do you need? to record a macro go to
tools/macro/record new macro/ you can save it that
workbook , another work book or your personal workbook so
that the macro is available to all your workbooks when you
are done with recording it go back to tools/macros /stop
recording ....just make sure you know waht you want to do
before you do it.
