Macro warning when no macros

Excel XP, Windows 2000

I have a worksheet that formerly had recorded macros (not VBA) in it.

I deleted all the macros (none show up in Tools/Macro.../Macros), then saved
and closed the file.

When I come back in, I still get the warning about macros in the file.

Any ideas on how to really clean out the macros so that warning no longer
appears? (Interestingly, I had some VBA code in another file and deleted the
VBA - no warning.)

Thanks for any suggestions.

Make sure you delete all the names that may still be lingering. Go to the
insert menu, select name, then define. If there are any names remaining
you'll be able to delete them there.

Thanks Eloy, but that wasn't the culprit (no names are there). Any other
suggestions?

You have left-over empty module(s) you must get rid of.

See Debra Dalgleish's site for info on this.

The procedures described are for VBA macros. I thought you said they were
not VBA macros?
