Macro to Exit Access 2007

Hi I am trying to build an event on a picture so that when it is clicked, the
entire (access2007) application closes.

I've tried using the following
CloseDatabase action
Close action to close each of the forms and then Quit action (whenever I use
Quit I get an exclamation mark beside the row but no explanation).

I can successfully get the database to close but not the entire application.
the database is used with grade 5 children and I'd like to have them click as
little as possible in the environment if possible.

the excelmation mark means you have to set macro secuirty to low, or run the
database in a trusted location

(just click on that exclamation mark...and then wait for the "tip" help to
show the message that the data base must be trusted...

Use quit, and for the arguments setting, use "exit"
