I have a spreadsheet that looks like the following

FY03
Total
+ Product A total
+ Product A one type
+ Product A another type
+ Product B Total
+ Product B one type
+ Product B another type
Line for another type of total
Block of text items

FY04
Total
+ Product A total
+ Product A one type
+ Product A another type
+ Product B Total
+ Product B one type
+ Product B another type
Line for another type of total
Block of text items
Etc for FY05, FY06 etc etc

I have a powerpoint slide in one file that needs all the
info that has the +'s beside it hidden, and one that
wants them to show. Right now (to print out one file) I
go through and compress all the FY's individually. Then
for the next file I go through and Uncompress each FY
individually.

Is there a way to write a macro to have all compress then
have one to have all uncompressed??

What happens when you record a macro when you do it manually?

If your recorded code needs tweaking, post back with the code (not the
workbook).
