macro security

I have set the macro security to "LOW" in Excel 2002, but
everytime when I restart Excel, it goes back
to "MEDIUM". How can I set it to "LOW" permanently
because I don't want the annoying message to pop up every
time asking if you want to "enable macro"?
 
Are you on a network? It's possible your net admin set policies that
enforce a specific security level... If so, speak to your admin.
