Macro - Relative Reference

I'm trying to write a macro using the Relative Reference button that i
supposed to be on the Stop Recording toolbar, but it's not. Th
outcome is a macro that goes to the exact cell position that I wrote i
in. I've searched every single toolbar for this button, and I don'
have it. What can I do

Reset the Stop Recording commandbar.

Tools | Customize.. Toolbar tab, select "Stop Recording", then press the
Reset button, and answer Yes to "Do you really want to do that?
