Macro recorder

Tony

Hello Group,

My macro recorder toolbar has disappeared? Not the VB
toolbar. I select record macro from the tools menu and the
recorder toolbar no longer appears although it is
recording. I like having this visible just for a reminder.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Tony

Try clicking with your right mouse-button on a toolbar or in the toolbar
area. That will bring up a list of all the toolbars. The one you're looking
for is called "stop recording," and if it doesn't have a checkmark next to
it, it won't show. You can click it in the list to place a checkmark and
make it visible.

Thanks Frank. That was it, but I wonder how that got
unselected. I'm the only one using this machine and I
definitely didn't do it. Thanks again!

Thanks Gord. I'll bet that's what I did instead of
clicking the stop button.

You will lose the Stop Recording Toolbar if you happen to close it while in
use by hitting the "X". It won't come back next time you use Recorder.
Manually open as Frank's suggestion.
