Macro Propagation

I used the 'Record Macro' feature to build some simple sorting macros
and added them to the toolbar for easy access. Now I see that they
show up in all my workbooks. How can I have easy access to the
macros, but limit them to only one workbook.

When you recorded the macros you should select "store them in - thi
workbook". If you store them in your personal macro workbook they wil
be there everytime you open xl.

You can move them from your Personal.xls to the workbook in question and
delete them from Personal.xls
