macro help - please!

I need a little help please:

1) is it possible to write a generic macro that would be available for any
spreadsheet produced my computer?

Each day i have to import data into excel and have to sort and search for a
dozen items each day.

The items i search for are always teh same. ie apples, oranges and pears.
After sorting i have to print the sheet. Having to do teh same operations
repetativley is a great pain.



2) how would such a macro be written?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Write the macro, and store it in the Personal.xls spreadsheet. Maybe assign
it to a toolbar button.
