macro for serching syllable in a word

Hi,
I am looking for a macro that reads a word from one cell and gives
back more stressed letter in a word..say for an example "Highwave "
will have to return H,W
 
Don't know if this helps, but you could try a formula, something like:

=IF(A1="Highwave","HW")
