macro for outlook to forward messages

I would like to do a macro for Outlook 2003 to forward a message I am
viewing to another person. I do this many times a day to send messages to
one person. I am familiar with VB but not Outlook objects, etc. If you
know of something, please email it to me at (e-mail address removed). Thanks.
